My favourite part of the experience of food and hospitality is to feed the people around me.

My Supper Clubs bring people together over memorable dining, with creative dishes and delicious drinks. Each edition is meticulously planned with a theme: concept, cuisine, colour palette and cocktail. Every detail plays a part in telling the story, from the fonts in the menu, and the scent of candle on the table, to the garnish on the plate.

SUPPER CLUB #04

DIPS AND SIPS

This edition of the Supper Club featured a casual spread of various middle eastern inspired dips (mushroom hummus, harissa-cherry tomato labneh, deconstructed babaghanoush - the works!), with accompanying sips (cocktail). Paired with freshly baked pita, crispy potatoes and a roast chicken. Triple layer lemon cake to finish it off.

BREAKFAST CLUB

SUPPER CLUB #03

This Supper Club saw my home turn into a café for the morning. You are welcomed with your choice of hot coffee or masala chai, and the sound of laughter filling the apartment. The table is adorned with freshly baked black sesame bagels, a spread of cream cheese and smoked salmon; mascarpone and berry crepe cake!

SUPPER CLUB #02

indian coastal

Bringing one of my favourite cuisines - South Indian Coastal food - to my Canadian friends. The menu was inspired by dishes from coasts of peninsular India, with mustard seeds and coconut being some of the defining flavours of this meal. Kokum martinis - tangy and slightly sour were the perfect compliment to the dinner menu.

SUPPER CLUB #01

Celebrated summer, my favourite season of the year by hosting my first ever supper club. Grilled peach salad, cod poached in cherry tomatoes, roasted figs with burrata cheese and fresh focaccia served with a light and zingy gin cocktail. All the guests were dressed in blue and white to enhance the summer theme!
